Mailercloud is hiring a detail-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing team. If you’re a hard-working professional, Mailercloud is a great place to get ahead. The position assists our SaaS Sales team by performing entry level prospect interactions while they gain experience. The inbound sales team is accountable for equipping and converting the large volume of leads generated from our online and market-driven platforms.
- Lead Nurturing: Consistent email follow-up with prospects until they schedule an appointment
- Meet all performance expectations including products sales, call handling metrics and quality standards
- Develop an active pipeline of qualified prospects
- Research, prospect, and build targeted client base
- Setting up online demo and schedule meetings
- Establish good working relationships with industry buying personnel, maintain existing relationships
- Coordinating between the technical team and the client for ensuring smooth customer on boarding
- Discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Identify emerging / alternative markets
- 1 to 2 years of experience in inbound sales; experience in Enterprise Sales is preferred
- Self-starter and team player with ability to manage and excel independently
- Ethical work practices
- Ability to remain calm and cope up with rejection
- Good interpersonal skills
- Hands on experience with CRM software
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Excellent in product demonstration
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong follow-up skills on leads and referrals (persistence is paramount!) until closure
