Role Requirements
Ability to work with project teams throughout the project with good technical, analytical, and marketing skills Work closely with the end-users to understand and document their business requirements .To define and document project requirements and present them in a manner that is understandable to technical team members
To design functional specifications, test plans etc and monitor the work flow to facilitate the development and implementation of technical solutions
Detailed understanding of our services and other key areas
End to end business interactions, discussions and follow ups with clients
Preparation of project proposals and act as a strong information provider for the team
Building a trust relationships with existing and new clients
Proper work flow management and precise timing of the deliverables
Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation
3+ years of core work experience as a business analyst, preferably with a technical background
Strong written and verbal communication skills
