JD: Email Marketing Analyst
As an Email Marketing Analyst, you will maximize customers’ deliverability rates by monitoring their email campaigns, analyzing key metrics, recommending and helping implement email best practices, and ensuring that customers are always up-to-date with the most recent industry laws and regulations. This role will be an essential piece in problem solving and ensuring a quality product for our clients. You will be reporting to the Email Marketing Specialist of our team.
Requirements:
- B. Tech in CS, MCA/BCA graduates who are technically sound
- Effective communication skills in English (Writing and Speaking)
- Understanding of digital marketing practices SQL, Excel and quantitative skills are preferred
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment
- Candidates from Calicut or north part of Kerala are preferred
Roles:
- Build and improve advanced email features like email tracking, sequences
- Help improve our email monitoring stack and our anti-spam rules
- Help make email-specific settings (SPF/DKIM records, Custom SMTP setup) easier to understand for our customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and issues, e.g., an email not being delivered to a recipient
- Execute the campaign process with zero defects on a continuous basis
- Client communication through tickets and web conference
