HR Manager (Urgent Hiring)

We are urgently hiring for a dedicated HR professional to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should be able to take responsibility for all HR matters related to the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  •  Build strategic talent resources plans
  •  Manage complete hiring process and recruit best talents from the industry 
  •  Developing clear HR strategies, policies and ensuring policy awareness
  •  Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance
  •  Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures
  • Maintaining employee and workplace privacy
  • Knowledge about statutory compliances and government rules & regulations
  • Payroll processing & coordination with accounts team
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties
  • End to end client management and tracking
  • Overall project management and tracking
  • Client follow ups related to payments
  • Creating clear and concise reports

Desired Profile:

  • with MBA/ PGDM or any relevant qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of managerial experience
