Mailercloud is hiring a detail-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team. If you’re a hard-working professional, Mailercloud is a great place to get ahead. You will be in charge of managing the product sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. The Sales Manager will report directly to the company CEO and will coordinate the work with other teams in the company, including marketing, product development, finance, and others.

Responsibilities

  • Meet all performance expectations including products sales, call handling metrics, and quality standards
  • Develop an active pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Research, prospect, and build targeted client base
  • Setting up online demo and schedule meetings
  • Identify clients and establish good working relationships with industry buying personnel, maintain existing relationships
  • Coordinating between the technical team and the client for ensuring smooth customer onboarding
  • Represent the business at industry exhibitions and events
  • Identify emerging / alternative markets
  • Responsible for forming sales strategies to ensure competitiveness and innovation
  • Sales forecasting and planning – reporting
  • Generation and maintenance of full customer database

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales; experience in Enterprise Sales is preferred
  • Self-Starter to manage and develop sales worldwide
  • Ethical working practices
  • Full sales life-cycle expertise, handling from Cold Calling to Up-level lead generation
  • International Market experience is preferred
  • Experience in direct sales
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both verbally and via e-mail
  • Good numeracy skills with the ability to maximize profit
  • Expert in negotiation
  • Expert in the industry or technical background with the ability to learn quickly
  • Should be willing to travel
