❖ Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
❖ Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
❖ Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
❖ Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
❖ Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
❖ Mediate and resolve issues and conflicts if they arise between client and our project team ensuring harmony
Daily & Weekly Responsibilities
❖ Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
❖ Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs
❖ Meet regularly with the project manager and development team to discuss progress and find new ways to continuously improve
❖ Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organization
❖ Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
❖ Utilize all the necessary resources within the organization to ensure we are continuously adding value to our clients and are contributing to the success of the project
❖ Prevent budget overshoots and ensure project profitability is not being hampered.
Desired Experience & Skills
❖ Minimum 4 years of Account Management experience in IT services, enterprise software products or digital services.
❖ Strong understanding of web development project lifecycle and terminologies.
❖ Good knowledge in B2C/B2B e-commerce solutions, platforms, features and allied web development services
❖ Good knowledge of the ecommerce domain and related digital marketing concepts
❖ Experience in Magento or similar ecommerce platforms is an added advantage
❖ Service oriented mindset and passion for building positive relationships.
❖ Display astounding persistence and entrepreneurial spirit in working
❖ Excellent in written and verbal communication.
