General Role Description
We are looking for a digital marketing manager who can coordinate and manage various marketing initiatives by leveraging the expertise of content writers, designers and other digital marketing teams. He/she is responsible for defining tasks, getting them executed and tracking goals and KPIs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Grow the awareness of our brand by executing various marketing activities
Coordinate with content writers, designers and subject matter experts to produce marketing content such as videos, blogs, case studies, infographics, social media posts etc.
Manage and monitor outsourced marketing activities such as SEO, PPC etc.
Monitor the growth of brand awareness by analyzing various metrics in analytics and listening tools such as Google Analytics, ahrefs, Mention etc.
Manage our social media channels on Youtube, Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter
Constantly research and look for events and trends in the industry as well as inside Codilar that can be used as a marketing opportunity
Manage the website of Codilar
Coordinate events such as webinars, round tables etc.
Manage company newsletters
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum 2 years experience in B2B digital marketing as a digital marketing executive, coordinator or manager
Strong understanding of concepts of SEO, content marketing and email marketing
Should have experience in using the latest digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs (or similar).
Ability to manage teams and hold them accountable for their responsibilities.
A go-getter and doer
Clear and effective communication and writing skills
Experience in the Software Services industry is an added advantage
