Technical Support Lead

Acodez is looking for a Technical Support Engineer(lead role) to assist our customers on their technical queries when using our products and services.

What you will be doing

  • Provide product/service support through chat/ email and the best customer experience

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with customers WordPress sites also interact internally to resolve

  • Communicate with customers and figure out the issues like any issues in integrating plugins

  • Document each support and resolution adequately in our internal DB.

  • Engage appropriate internal resources to resolve technical issues and update our customers on progress toward resolution

  • Setup a strong technical support Process and Team.

Key Skills

  • Experience in WordPress product configuration / WP Theme customization WP Plugin Customization

  • Basic front end technologies-HTML /CSS, JavaScript

  • Good communication skills-verbal and written

  • Basic knowledge in hosting servers.

  • Knowledge in Shopify is an added advantage


  • Minimum 3 Years
